I want all my clients to be successful while respecting their time, and helping them find a workout they love!

Cara D’Orazio jumped on board with virtual training at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. Before the pandemic, she was teaching fifteen classes a week and privately training in ten clients’ homes.

Cara is both a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She seeks to give you the total fitness experience in minimal time by activating every muscle group in each class.

Her passion is offering a variety of workouts and helping the participant find the right one for them, especially one they will enjoy! With many feeling overwhelm at the thought of going to the gym (extra time and comfort level), she will give you a NEW boutique type of workout with each and every class.  Workout like nobody is watching (except for her of course). Work out LIVE 3 days a week and enjoy TWO BONUS On-Demand recording days.

Cara has twenty years of experience and is certified through the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), which is the most rigorous and respected certification in the industry. She is also certified through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and ISSA (International Sports and Sciences Association.) She has been featured in numerous publications such as “Forbes”, “Women’s Health”, “Exeleon”, and “Newsday”.

She is proficient in Barre, Pilates, TRX, Kettlebell, and is a specialist in Sports conditioning. She has created the L.E.T.S. (Lengthen, Elongate, Tone and Stretch) Werq! TM format. This intertwines highly specific Pilates and Barre based moves with low-impact cardio.
