Cara D’Orazio jumped on board with virtual training at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. Before the pandemic, she was teaching fifteen classes a week and privately training in ten clients’ homes.
Cara is both a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. She seeks to give you the total fitness experience in minimal time by activating every muscle group in each class.
Cara is certified through the ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine), which is the most rigorous and respected certification in the industry. She is also certified through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and ISSA (International Sports and Sciences Association.) She has been featured in numerous publications such as “Forbes”, “Canvas Rebel”, “Exeleon”, and “Giddy”.
She is proficient in Barre, Pilates, TRX, Kettlebell, and is a specialist in Sports conditioning. She has created the L.E.T.S. (Lengthen, Elongate, Tone and Stretch) Werq! TM format. This intertwines highly specific Pilates and Barre based moves with low-impact cardio.
Cara’s passion is offering a variety of workouts and helping women find the right one for them, especially one they will enjoy!
